Product quality

The continuous liquid fermentation system we use as well as the long fermentation preparation period ensure the even quality, favourable storage times and excellent taste of our products. The "Superior” marks we have received in each case of external product safety auditing performed by the American Institute of Baking organization also testify to our quality.

Product safety

In order to ensure product safety, all of our raw materials proceed through magnets and screens in order to prevent any foreign objects from ending up in the products. In addition, the packed products are checked by means of metal detectors. Glass is not used in the production facilities due to the risk of splinters. The hygiene of our production is inspected regularly through both internal and external auditing.

Quality

Baco Oy’s quality system is certificated in accordance with the ISO9001 standard. Gauges have been created for the quality policy statements which are monitored in surveys by the management. These quality gauges are also affected by the incentive extra paid to employees, which on its part improves the commitment to quality.
